PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If your product purchased becomes unavailable for any reason, we will email you at the email address provided at checkout, and advise you of an estimated turnaround time.  If this  time frame is unsuitable, we will provide you with  alternative item options, or you may choose to cancel the order and a refund will be issued. 

ORDERS and PRE-ORDERS

Placement of an order or pre-order is a binding agreement with our company.  Once placed, all orders are considered final unless agreed between Nicholetta and the buyer.

Once an order has been placed , you will receive a confirmation email.   Please advise us at hello@houseofnicholetta.com.au if you do not receive this within 24 hours.

In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will email you at the email address provided at the time of purchase. This is because we have allowed selling of certain items ( Exclusive Crochet bags to be allowed to be bought even when sold out so we can order them for you and this is considered a pre-order as above. We will give you lead times on when the next available item of stock will be back in stock and you can make a decision to either continue with the order or have it reversed and refunded.

All pre-orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.  This heavily applies to special BAG orders that are handmade and will only be ordered through once full payment is received.  These items will be made especially for you with materials, threads and colours selected by you and are generally non negotiable.

PAYMENTS

HON accepts all payments securely through Paypal (credit card or from bank funds), Visa and MasterCard.

All payments will be made in Australia Dollars and House of Nicholetta PTY LTD will appear on your statement.  We are not responsible for a credit card exchange rates and or fees.

We use SecurePay to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card and charge card transactions. charge card transactions.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. DISCLOSURE - We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY - Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. SECURITY  - To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.
