AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING OPTIONS

It is important to us that your receive your purchase as quickly as possible.  -We aim to process all online orders within 48 hours of payment and in most instances to dispatch by next business day.  All items are currently shipped by Australia Post.  Delivery times are an estimate only and we will not be liable for any delivery delays.  Please allow an additional 1-3 days for any orders shipped to Western Australia.

 The postage options are AUSTRALIA POST STANDARD OR AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS:

 Domestic order shipping costs

  • ORDERS GREATER THAN $150- FREE PARCEL POST STANDARD DELIVERY Australia wide by Aust POST (2-4 business days)

 A confirmation message or email will be sent to you with a tracking number (where applicable) in anticipation of your goods.  

Please note that orders placed over the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day!

  • ORDERS LESS THAN $150 - Reduced Rate Standard Australia POST DELIVERY (2-4 business days)

$10 for fashion, jewellery and items including, Hats, Bags.

We absorb the remainder of the cost!

A Tracking number will still be issued to you with Standard Australia Posting also.

Delivery Times may vary depending on your location but generally 2-4 business days.  

  • Orders less than $150- EXPRESS Postage OPTION by Australia Post

Anticipated 1-3 business day delivery from posted day (please allow extra time to post during busy times)- responsibility is with Aust Post for any delays.  Western Australia locations have extended post delays even when expressed posted. please ask if unsure.

  • $15 EXPRESS POST DELIVERY for jewellery, hats, clothing candles 

A confirmation message or email will be sent to you with a tracking number (where applicable) in anticipation of your goods.  If you are unavailable at delivery, a “collection card’ will be left in your post box.  It is the client’s responsibility to collect their parcel within Australia post’s deadline.

  • ORDERS GREATER THAN $500- FREE PARCEL POST STANDARD DELIVERY  by Aust POST 

     A confirmation message or email will be sent to you with a tracking number (where applicable) in anticipation of your goods.  

    Please note that orders placed over the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day!

    New Zealand

    • $25 Australia Post Standard Shipping will be used for any jewellery, fashion or fashion accessories only- Does not include HOME DECOR items.  If you wish to purchase home decor items please send us an email to get a quote for you from Australia Post dependant on weight and size, prior to purchasing.

     

    • Please note that all prices will be quoted in AUD$, It is the client’s responsibility to convert this to your country’s currency, or ensure you have selected your currency when perusing our website.
    • Please note that in most cases now we are asked to pay the duties or tariffs due prior to sending your goods.  This ensures a smooth and quicker travel to your destination.  The tariffs are not calculated into our prices.  The minute we receive an international order, we will visit the Post office, weigh the goods, advise them of the details and get the tariff cost from them and advise you.  If you agree we will then send you a request via our website to pay the tariff and as soon as that is done we will send your goods straight away.

      REST OF THE WORLD - Free Shipping does not apply
