RETURNS AND REFUNDS
HON loves choosing the items on offer for you, and wants all of you as Guests to feel comfortable and confident in your purchases. We want you to love your purchases but please choose carefully before ordering via our online store.
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind,
HON will gladly
Exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of your goods, provided the item is in original saleable condition, unworn and with all tags attached where applicable, dustbags etc.
In the interests of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for pierced earrings and hair accessories, unless the items are faulty.
You may return a faulty item for a full refund, a replacement or a different product to the same value- in line with our returns policy. For refund of a faulty item proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
To make your online returns easy, please send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- Enter your email address and order/invoice number.
- Advise item you wish to return and reason for the return.
- Your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours for a response.
- Once a request to return an item has been approved, you will receive an email notification.
- Pack your items securely and include your order/or tax invoice as a reference.
- Ship your items (we recommend you use your own trackable shipping method. All return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by HON.
