RETURNS; REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

HON loves choosing the items on offer for you, and wants all of you as Guests to feel comfortable and confident in your purchases.  We want you to love your purchases but please choose carefully before ordering via our online store, and feel free to ask us any questions re the style or sizing of any garments prior to purchase if unsure. This can be done via Instagram/Facebook messaging or via our Shopify Store messaging system! 

FULL PRICE ITEM RETURNS

If you wish to return a FULL PRICE item simply because you change your mind, or it is unsuitable, 

HON will gladly

  • Refund, Exchange or offer a gift card/ credit note if you advise of the items unsuitable within 7 days of receipt of your goods ( we check your delivery date from tracking details)! 
  • The returned items still need to be in original saleable condition, unworn and with all tags  attached where applicable, dustbags etc, and need to be returned within a week of being received.
  • We have a right to reject a return for refund, exchange or credit note if an item seems/smells like it has been worn even if tags are attached.  Discretion lies with House of Nicholetta once item has been received back. 
  • In the interests of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for pierced earrings, hair accessories, unless the items are faulty. 
  • You may return a faulty item for a full refund, a replacement or a different product to the same value- in line with our returns policy.

SALE ITEMS

We have two types of Sale items: Promotional Sale items and Outlet Warehouse Sale Items.

PROMOTIONAL/ SALE ITEMS- 7 day return policy on sale items , and only exchange or credit notes allowed.  no refund.  you must advise us within 7 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return them and then return within another 7 days, to best allow us to potentially sell that size; item to someone else.

  • please note that any items under the OUTLET/ WAREHOUSE SALE ITEMS Banner are  NOT eligible for refunds exchange or credit note and by purchasing you are agreeing that NO RETURNS, refunds, exchanges or credit notes requests will be accepted! All FINAL SALES are final. Please note that certain items will show across multiple categories for eg dresses and outlet categories. If it is under Outlet it is considered a Final Sale, whether written within the description or not. Please message or contact us prior to purchase to help you with sizing… or if you are unsure.

Credit notes were previously non expiring for 3 years, and as of Dec 2025 they are 1 year.

To make your online returns easy, please send us an email at hello@houseofnicholetta.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods.

  1. Enter your email address and ORDER number.
  2. Advise item you wish to return and reason for the return.
  3. Your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours for a response.
  4. Once a request to return an item has been approved, you will receive an email notification.
  5. Pack your items securely and include your order/or tax invoice as a reference.
  6. Ship your items (we recommend you use your own trackable shipping method.  All return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by HON.
  7. The original shipping cost you may have paid or your cost to return the goods to us is not refundable!
  8. If the client takes a period of more than 7 days to post the garment back from advising a return we have the right to knock back the return

  1. Exchange or credit note will be processed once item is received- confirmation email will be sent.
  2. In the event of faulty items we will also refund your post return cost.
