Return Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
HON loves choosing the items on offer for you, and wants all of you as Guests to feel comfortable and confident in your purchases. We want you to love your purchases but please choose carefully before ordering via our online store, and feel free to ask us any questions re the style or sizing of any garments prior to purchase if unsure. This can be done via Instagram/Facebook messaging or via our Shopify Store messaging system!
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind, or it is unsuitable,
HON will gladly
- Exchange or Offer a 3 year non-expiring Credit Note when you advise us your purchased item is unsuitable within 7 days of receipt of your goods ( we check your delivery date from tracking details)!
- The returned items still need to be in original saleable condition, unworn and with all tags attached where applicable, dustbags etc.
- We have a right to reject a return for exchange or credit note if an item seems/smells like it has been worn even if tags are attached. Discretion lies with House of Nicholetta once item has been received back.
- In the interests of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for pierced earrings, hair accessories, masks, unless the items are faulty.
- You may return a faulty item for a full refund, a replacement or a different product to the same value- in line with our returns policy. For refund of a faulty item proof of purchase is required.
- please note some items under “final sales” are not eligible for exchange or credit note and by purchasing you are agreeing that no returns will be accepted!
Credit notes are non expiring for 3 years
To make your online returns easy, please send us an email at hello@houseofnicholetta.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods.
- Enter your email address and ORDER number.
- Advise item you wish to return and reason for the return.
- Your request will be reviewed within 24 working hours for a response.
- Once a request to return an item has been approved, you will receive an email notification.
- Pack your items securely and include your order/or tax invoice as a reference.
- Ship your items (we recommend you use your own trackable shipping method. All return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by HON.
- The original shipping cost you may have paid or your cost to return the goods to us is not refundable!
- If the client takes a period of more than 7 days to post the garment back from advising a return we have the right to knock back the return

- Exchange or credit note will be processed once item is received- confirmation email will be sent.
- In the event of faulty items we will also refund your post return cost.
